Alina Baimen joined EdHeroes as an expansion manager at its foundation and was a key contributor to taking it from values to vision. Alina co-founded EdHeroes Network, which, along with her record of charity work, is why she soon became the Chief Executive Officer.
Alina lead several charity projects including building kindergartens in remote areas of Thailand, leading educational initiatives for persons with disabilities in Singapore, creating and presenting projects on sustainability and education in India, and many more. She taught and tutored during her time in university. Delivering education was always a priority.
Alina was born in Kazakhstan, Almaty where she attended a British school. She later moved to a boarding school in Singapore and completed her High School education in UWC South East Asia, receiving an International Baccalaureate Diploma. Alina graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Science, double majoring in Physics and Art History, with a minor in Mathematics.

Under Boris’s leadership, Educate! has grown to become the largest youth skills provider in East Africa, meaningfully impacting over 200,000 youth across Uganda, Rwanda, and Kenya. With a team of over 190 staff and 300 youth mentors, the organization has received much acclaim for its work, including the 2018 Klaus J. Jacobs Prize and the 2015 WISE Award. Educate! was also highlighted by the World Bank’s S4YE's Impact Portfolio, The Brookings Institution as one of 14 case studies in their global scaling education learning initiative, the UN’s Generation Unlimited as one of 20 innovative youth solutions, and by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation as a Goalkeepers Accelerator.
Boris emigrated to the U.S. from Latvia at the age of 7. He considers himself lucky to have attended a great public school in San Francisco that eventually got him into Amherst College. As a refugee himself, Boris believes in giving other young people access to the same educational opportunities that have allowed him to get to where he is today.
Before jumping into Educate! full-time, Boris worked at startup incubator Loeb Enterprises. Boris is a recipient of the 2011 Grinnell College Young Innovator for Social Justice Prize, and a two-time Forbes Top 30 Under 30 Social Entrepreneur.

Experte reconnue des enjeux du secteur non lucratif, Axelle DAVEZAC est Directrice générale de la Fondation de France depuis septembre 2016.
Après 15 ans dans l’industrie, elle décide de mettre son expérience au service de l’intérêt général en prenant la direction de l’Association de la Recherche sur le Cancer (ARC) de 2005 à 2016.
Axelle DAVEZAC a aussi été trésorière du Comité de la Charte de 2006 à 2012, et administratrice de l’Institut Hospitalo-Universitaire de Strasbourg de 2011 à 2016 et vice-présidente du Centre Français des Fonds et Fondations (CFF) de 2016 à 2021.
Depuis 2016, elle est vice-présidente de France Générosités, poste qu’elle a déjà occupé de 2007 à 2013. Depuis 2019, elle est également administratrice du Board de Philea et membre du conseil de l’Alliance Publishing Trust.
Axelle DAVEZAC a été promue Chevalier de l’Ordre national de la Légion d’honneur en janvier 2020.

Ferro Ferizka is a futurist, trailblazer, and innovator. He is on a mission to prepare Indonesia for the future through Pijar Foundation.
In only less than 2 years, Pijar Foundation has reached 250,000+ audience, upskilled 30,000+ students from 512 universities, partnered with 80 organizations, and launched fellowships which defined national policy actions in Energy Transition and Food Security.
Prior to Pijar Foundation, Ferro worked for Microsoft for more than a decade and led one of its global team.
Ferro has made significant contributions to Indonesia’s digital transformation. He advised the National Development Planning Minister and helped design the country's Digital Transformation Roadmap.
As for his youth activism, Ferro founded IDNEXTLEADER, a network of 60,000 young Indonesian leaders in 30 provinces.
Ferro holds two master degrees from Singapore Management University and Macquarie Business School Australia, with full scholarship from the Indonesian Ministry of Finance.

Laurent Le Moal is a CEO, Investor and Board Director with a focus on emerging markets and Financial Services.
Since 2016, he is the CEO of PayU, a leading payments and credit company in India, Latam, Africa and South-East Asia and prior to this, he was Vice-President and General Manager EMEA at PayPal for eleven years.
With PayU, Laurent led strategic investments and M&A across fintech segments, deploying over 2B$ of capital in 20 companies.
Since 2017, Laurent is a Board Director of REMITLY Inc (Nasdaq: RELY), a leading digital remittances company based in Seattle, USA.
In 2022, Laurent decided to create the SingularPlanet Foundation to support students' projects focused on climate change and sustainability. With the support of Fondation de France, multiple partnerships now exist with leading universities in France to deliver grants and awards.
Laurent holds an MBA from London Business School, a Master from Bocconi University in Italy and is a graduate from HEC in France.
Laurent is based in Dubai and London, with two children who are university students in the USA.

Diplômé de l’ESSEC et de l’Ecole du Louvre, Yann Le Touher est un spécialiste reconnu de la culture et du mécénat. Après avoir excercé au musée d’Orsay, au Centre Pompidou et à la RMN-Grand Palais, il est aujourd’hui en charge du mécénat et des partenariats commerciaux au musée du Louvre et pilote une équipe de 20 collaborateurs dédiée à ces missions. Lauréat 2021 et 2022 du Classement Choiseul « des leaders économiques de demain », il a enseigné le management culturel à l’Ecole de la communication de Sciences Po Paris et à l’ESSEC.

Blisce gère un fonds de consumer tech qui soutient et accompagne des entrepreneurs dans le développement de leur start-up et dans leurs pratiques ESG. Depuis sa création, Blisce a investi dans des sociétés comme Spotify, Pinterest, Too Good To Go, Headspace Health et Brut.
Alexandre Mars a été fait chevalier de la Légion d’honneur en 2019 et figure également dans de nombreux classements tels que Les 50 philanthropes de l’année, (Town&Country), Les 50 Français les plus influents du monde, (Vanity Fair) ou encore le Top 20 des philanthropes de moins de 40 ans, (New York Observer).

Diplômée de droit privé (Panthéon-Assas, Paris 2), Léa Morgant s'est spécialisée en droit et fiscalité du marché de l'art (IDAC, Lyon III). Son parcours, tant personnel que professionnel, est tourné vers l’intérêt général et l’engagement.
Elle commence sa carrière en tant que responsable juridique et affaires publiques au sein de l’association Admical (2016-2019) où elle crée et anime notamment la stratégie de plaidoyer de l’association qui aboutira à l’obtention d’un plafond alternatif mécénat favorable pour les petites entreprises. Elle y consolide sa connaissance des pratiques du mécénat d’entreprise et de ses réseaux.
En 2019, elle rejoint la mission du mécénat du ministère de la Culture dont l’objectif est de promouvoir et développer le mécénat culturel en France et à l’international. En 2022, elle prend la direction de ce service.
Parallèlement, elle dispense des cours au sein du Master « Economie de la culture et du numérique » de l’Université Panthéon-Sorbonne, Paris 1, une formation dédiée au mécénat des personnes publiques pour l’Institut Admical.
Elle est administratrice dans plusieurs fondations.

Harry Anthony Patrinos is Adviser, Office of the Chief Economist for Europe and Central Asia at the World Bank. He specializes in the economics of education, particularly the returns to schooling, school-based management, demand-side financing and public-private partnerships. He has managed education teams in Europe and Central Asia, East Asia and the Pacific, Middle East and North Africa, and the Global Unit. He led lending operations and analytical work programs in Latin America. He co-led the development of the Bank’s Harmonized Learning Outcomes database, part of the Human Capital Index, published in Nature. He has studied and worked extensively on the socioeconomic status of Indigenous Peoples and has co-authored books and reports on this subject including Indigenous Peoples, Poverty and Development (Cambridge).
Mr. Patrinos has many publications in the academic and policy literature, with more than 60 journal articles published. He is co-author of the books: Making Schools Work; The Role and Impact of Public-Private Partnerships in Education; and Decentralized Decision-Making in Schools. His work appears - among other outlets - in the Nature, Journal of Development Economics, Economic Development and Cultural Change, Journal of Population Economics, Education Economics, Labour, and the Economics of Education Review. He also worked in Africa, Asia and North America. He previously worked as an economist at the Economic Council of Canada. Mr. Patrinos received a doctorate from the University of Sussex.

Diplômé en droit public (finances publiques) et en droit privé (master et Magistère en Droit des Techniques de l'Information et de la Communication de l’université de Poitiers), Emmanuel Poirault commence sa carrière dans le domaine de la valorisation de la recherche. Après un premier poste au Conservatoire national des arts et métiers (CNAM) à Paris, il devient responsable du service valorisation puis juridique de Cergy Paris université. En 2011, il a la charge du pilotage des projets investissements d’avenir de l’établissement. Dans ce cadre il suit le montage du laboratoire d’excellence PATRIMA (Patrimoine Matériel) avant de coordonner la création de la Fondation des sciences du patrimoine (FSP). Cette fondation partenariale a pour fondateurs les universités de Cergy Paris et de Versailles-Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, ainsi que le musée du Louvre, le Château de Versailles et la Bibliothèque nationale de France. Placée sous le haut patronage du ministère de la Culture et du CNRS, elle rassemble également de nombreuses institutions culturelles, structures de recherche et établissements de formations. Les objectifs de la FSP sont la structuration et le financement de la recherche autour du patrimoine culturel. Après dix ans d’existence, la FSP est devenue un acteur national et européen reconnu dans le domaine de l’Heritage science.
Emmanuel Poirault a développé une expertise dans le montage et le pilotage de projets. Il est co coordinateur de l’équipement d’excellence ESPADON (En Sciences du Patrimoine, l’Analyse Dynamique des Objets anciens et Numériques). Depuis 2021, il est membre du conseil d’administration du Campus d’excellence de Versailles.
